Responsibilities

• Thorough working knowledge of key regulatory requirements, including TCPA, UDAP, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, RESPA, TILA, FCRA, etc. • Oversee the ongoing design and execution of the risk based compliance testing program • Oversee and execute testing of compliance controls and provide feedback to key stakeholders on deficient practices in an unbiased manner • Independently track projects to completion and provide updates on a set cadence • Collaborate with team members and draft internal policies, procedures and/or working documents relevant to compliance • Develop and maintain strong internal relationships with key company leaders and team members • Educate/train employees on regulations and industry practices • Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals • Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources in an effective and timely manner and demonstrate respect for others.
