Responsibilities

• Develop content and identify opportunities for engagement as you continuously find intentional and measurable ways to learn and better connect with our core audience • Serve as a subject matter expert for the voice of the customer and trend watcher across our social media platforms • Handle day-to-day channels/community management • Develop and execute an organic social media strategy that helps drive brand awareness and engagement across owned social channels • Work w/ the Brand team to develop content, visuals, and captions • Map the social calendar into a plan that can be implemented, measured, and produces ongoing results, based on priorities and integrated campaign goals • Be the liaison between other departments and social channels to define content priorities each month and manage the social requests process from other teams/stakeholders • Take pride in reporting monthly performance metrics, insights, trends, and ROI to help inform other parts of the organization and customer experience
