We work closely with fix-and-flip investors, landlords, and cash buyers to help them acquire profitable opportunities. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and relationship-driven Disposition Manager to oversee our investor relationships and help maximize the sale of our investment properties. **Position Overview** The Disposition Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for our investor network. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with cash buyers, marketing available properties, coordinating property showings, and assisting with the sale of investment opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, networking, real estate, and building long-term business relationships. **Key Responsibilities** * Contact and build relationships with new and existing cash buyers and real estate investors. * Maintain and expand our investor database. * Communicate regularly with fix-and-flip investors and buy-and-hold buyers regarding available opportunities. * Send daily email and text marketing campaigns promoting available properties. * Answer investor questions regarding available deals. * Coordinate and schedule property showings. * Provide investors with property details, photos, repair estimates, and supporting information. * Follow up with interested buyers and track buyer activity. * Maintain accurate notes and communication records within our CRM. * Assist in managing investor relations and ensuring a positive buyer experience. * Work closely with acquisitions and management teams to ensure successful property dispositions. * After training, assist with negotiating and other investment property transactions. **Qualifications** * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Sales experience preferred. * Real estate experience preferred but not required. * Comfortable speaking with investors and business professionals. * Highly organized and detail-oriented. * Self-motivated and results-driven. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace is a plus. **Preferred Experience** * Real estate wholesaling * Fix-and-flip investing * Buy-and-hold investing * Investor relations * Sales and negotiation * Property marketing **What We Offer** * Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding real estate investment company. * Ongoing training and mentorship. * Performance-based bonus opportunities. * Career advancement opportunities as the company continues to grow.
