Operations & Client Support Assistant — Remote 1 Truck Insurance Services, LLC We are looking for a strong long-term team member who can support Mona directly and help 1Truck expand. ROLE AND SCHEDULE Remote, outside the U.S., preferably LATAM/Caribbean. Availability to work approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Central Time is required. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES • Answering client calls and emails • Managing follow-ups in CRM • Scheduling • Light administrative work in Microsoft 365 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • 3+ years of customer-facing support or administrative experience • Excellent spoken and written English • Professional customer and prospect communication • Strong organization and follow-through • CRM / Microsoft 365 / email / spreadsheet comfort • Ability to learn our insurance workflow and internal systems • Good judgment and prioritization • Proactive ownership — someone who takes work off the team’s plate rather than creating more work • Long-term mindset and desire to grow within 1Truck • Insurance or trucking industry knowledge is a plus COMPENSATION AND GROWTH Compensation is negotiable based on the candidate’s experience and our verification of that experience.
