Title: Client Partner - Riyadh (Onsite) - Digital Transformation - KSA Enterprise About the Company: We are a well-established US-based Digital Transformation company (1000+ employees globally, founded in early 2000s) with offices across US, LATAM, Europe and Middle East. We are a product development and digital transformation partner helping Fortune 500 and high-growth companies with Custom Software Development, AI & Data, Cloud, and CX. We are now investing heavily in KSA (Vision 2030) and building a local team in Riyadh. Role: Client Partner - Riyadh (Onsite) This is a senior, P&L ownership, client-facing leadership role owning client relationships end-to-end in KSA. Key Responsibilities: • Hunt new enterprise logos in KSA - Banking, Government, PIF entities, Giga-projects, Telecom, Energy • Farm and grow existing accounts - Be a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders • Own revenue, pipeline, forecasting and P&L for KSA region • Manage $2M-$5M+ annual target with $500K-$3M+ deal sizes • Bridge client and global delivery teams (US, LATAM, Pakistan) - Manage delivery escalations • Work with Etimad, Monafasat, RFP shaping for Government sector Requirements: • 8+ years experience in KSA IT Services / Digital Transformation / Consulting Sales • Proven track record of hunting & farming enterprise accounts in Saudi • Experience owning P&L and $2M+ annual target, achieved 100%+ • Strong network in Banking, Government, PIF entities, Giga-projects • Experience working with global/offshore delivery teams (India/US) • Saudi National preferred - Must be based in Riyadh (Onsite) • Available to join immediately or within 30 days • No non-compete restrictions Compensation: Competitive - SAR 35K-55K + benefits (based on experience) Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - Onsite - Full-time Confidential: Company name will be disclosed to shortlisted candidates only.
