Responsibilities

Assistant Coordinator - Remote (Latin America) Location: Fully remote, open to candidates anywhere in Latin America. Hours: Monday–Friday, with substantial overlap with Mountain Time (Denver, USA) business hours. Engagement: Full-time independent contractor, paid in USD. Reports to: Director of Operations. Compensation: $1,750-2,250 USD per month, based on experience and demonstrated capability About CoreVenture Exteriors CoreVenture Exteriors is a fast-growing residential roofing, gutter, and exterior contractor focused on high-end new construction homes in the Denver metro area. We are building an operation where systems are documented, expectations are clear, and execution is consistent. Our operations team works remotely alongside our field crews and builder partners in Colorado. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the operation, not simply fill a seat in it. About this role The Assistant Coordinator keeps the operational and administrative side of our projects moving. This role has a clear trajectory built into it. Phase one is about mastering a defined set of recurring responsibilities. Phase two is about taking on broader ownership of project coordination as the company grows. You do not need roofing experience. We train on everything specific to our business. What we cannot train is the instinct to notice that something is off before anyone asks. A project marked complete that was never billed. A record missing information. A crew that will not have what it needs tomorrow morning. That instinct is what we are hiring for. Phase 1 - Own the fundamentals Project quality review Review projects against our quality standards Document findings in our project management system Identify incomplete work, missing documentation, or deviations Communicate issues to the responsible person the same day Track open items through to closure Customer and builder billing administration Maintain accurate billing records for every account Confirm invoices are received and moving through approval Follow up on open balances, primarily by email, to confirm status and expected payment dates Flag accounts needing attention from the Director of Operations Most of this work is administrative. Records, confirmations, and updates. A small portion involves a short call. The tone is service, not pressure - these are relationships we intend to keep. Vendor invoices and payables Review supplier invoices against orders, deliveries, and agreed pricing Process approved invoices and route them for approval Resolve pricing discrepancies and billing errors with vendors Maintain organized, audit-ready records Weekly reporting Produce recurring reports covering work order activity, project completion and billing status, and open balances Deliver them accurately and on schedule, consistently enough to track week over week Surface the patterns behind the numbers, not just the numbers Crew and field coordination Coordinate with crews and subcontractors on scheduling, sequencing, and day-of logistics Confirm crews have the information, materials, and documentation they need before work begins Communicate schedule changes, weather delays, and scope adjustments promptly Serve as a reliable point of contact for the field during working hours Much of this communication happens in Spanish. As needed Support licensing and permitting administration Contribute to documenting and improving the processes you run Phase 2 - Grow into ownership Once you have mastered the fundamentals, this role expands. You will train as full backup to our Project Coordinator, learning those workflows well enough to cover them completely. From there, the path leads toward independent ownership of project coordination - scheduling, material procurement, warranty processes, builder communication, and direct responsibility for how jobs run. Your goal is not to stay an assistant. Your goal is to master the operation. How quickly that happens depends on you. What success looks like First 30 days - You know our systems and workflows. Your recurring reports are accurate and on time. Billing records are current. First 60 days - You handle vendor invoices, billing follow-up, and quality reviews independently. The crews know who you are. First 90 days - You can cover the Project Coordinator's core duties without supervision, and you have proposed at least one concrete improvement to a process you own. Required experience Advanced written and spoken English. You will communicate daily with US-based builders, vendors, and colleagues, and be clearly understood on a call. Fluent Spanish, for working with our field crews. Experience in an administrative, operations, billing, bookkeeping, or coordination role. Demonstrated ability to manage recurring deadlines without reminders. Working proficiency with spreadsheets: filtering, sorting, pivot tables, basic formulas. Ability to learn new software quickly and work primarily in digital systems. Proven ability to work independently in a remote role. A reliable computer, stable high-speed internet, and a quiet space for calls. Preferred Experience supporting a US-based company Background in construction, homebuilding, specialty trades, home services, field-service operations, real estate, or logistics Familiarity with CRM, project management, or accounting software Exposure to permitting, licensing, or estimating If you meet most of the requirements on the list, apply. We would rather hire someone sharp, reliable, and motivated with fewer years of experience than someone who checks every box and waits to be told what to do. Ideal candidate You create order. You notice what is missing and close the gap without being asked. You take ownership of something and keep it until it is resolved or formally handed off. You stay organized when the week does not go as planned, because our season is unpredictable. You can tell a crew lead something needs to be corrected, or ask a builder for an update, and keep the relationship strong doing it. You write things down so the next person can follow them. Most importantly, you want to learn this business thoroughly, not just process tasks inside it. Compensation and benefits $1,750,2,250] USD per month, based on experience and demonstrated capability Paid time off Paid sick time Fully remote, from anywhere in Latin America Training on all internal systems and workflows
