About the RoleWe're looking for an Enablement Operations Manager to run the operational engine behind a high-impact sales and field enablement function. You'll own the processes, tools, and metrics that keep training and content programs organized and measurable. The goal is for every program to run on time and actually improve field performance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations for enablement programs, including intake, planning, scheduling, and launch readinessAdminister and optimize enablement platforms, such as learning management and content systemsBuild and maintain reporting on program adoption, completion, and impact on field performanceEstablish and maintain standard processes, templates, and governance for enablement contentCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders to keep programs on track and aligned with business prioritiesIdentify process gaps and drive improvements that make enablement easier to deliver and consumeQualificationsRequired5+ years of experience in enablement operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or program managementHands-on experience administering enablement or learning platformsStrong project management and organizational skillsComfort working with data to measure and report on program performanceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferredExperience with platforms such as Highspot, Gong, Seismic, or similar toolsExperience supporting large or distributed field teamsFamiliarity with AI-assisted tools for content and workflow automationKey DetailsStart Date: FlexibleDuration: Long-term contract (length to be confirmed)Location: Remote (within the U.S.)Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-FridayPay Rate: $65-$75/hourEmployment Type: W-2 (no C2C or 1099)Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Engagement: Contract role through Maleda Tech.
