- Establish rapport quickly and represent the company professionally.
2. Appointment Setting
- Identify qualified prospects based on defined criteria.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition and generate interest.
- Secure meetings between prospects and senior sales representatives.
- Confirm meeting details and ensure attendance through proper follow-up.
3. Objection Handling
- Address gatekeepers and decision-maker objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Use provided rebuttals while adapting to real conversations.
- Maintain persistence without being aggressive or transactional.
- Turn resistance into productive dialogue.
4. CRM & Activity Management
- Accurately log all calls, notes, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Track follow-ups, callbacks, and scheduled meetings.
- Maintain organized records to ensure smooth handoff to Account Executives.
- Follow workflow processes and reporting standards.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Participate in call reviews, coaching sessions, and training exercises.
- Apply feedback to improve conversion rates and call quality.
- Help refine scripts, messaging, and targeting strategies based on real conversations.
- Demonstrate measurable growth in performance metrics over time.
6. Pipeline Contribution
- Generate consistent qualified opportunities that contribute directly to revenue.
- Maintain accountability for personal production goals.
