Requirements and responsibilities

The Role You'll be the go-to expert for everything Meta ads at RIDE. From strategy and creative briefing to campaign build-out, optimization, and reporting — you own the full process of generating high-quality leads for our clients. This isn't a role where you hand things off; you drive results end to end. What You'll Own Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop full-funnel Meta ad strategies tailored to each client's business goals, target audience, and budget — with a primary focus on lead generation. Ad Account Setup & Management: Build, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, ad sets, and ads — including audience targeting, placements, bidding strategies, and budget allocation. Creative Direction: Brief and collaborate with the creative team on ad copy and visuals. You understand what stops the scroll and what drives clicks and form fills. Lead Funnel Ownership: Set up and optimize lead forms, landing page integrations, and CRM connections to ensure leads are captured, tracked, and delivered to clients cleanly. Pixel & Tracking: Implement and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and custom events to ensure accurate tracking across all client accounts. Optimization & Testing: Continuously A/B test audiences, creatives, and offer messaging. Monitor performance daily and make proactive adjustments to hit CPL and ROAS targets. Reporting: Deliver clear, insightful performance reports. Translate data into plain-language takeaways that demonstrate results and build client confidence. Stay Current: Keep up with Meta's ever-changing algorithm, ad policies, and new features — and bring fresh ideas to the team regularly.
