Location: Mexico (Remote / Hybrid) Territory: Mexico & LATAM Reports To: Head of Sales / Executive Leadership Employment Type: Contractor / Full-Time Advanced English Required OVERVIEW: We are seeking a Regional Cloud Sales Representative based in Mexico to drive revenue growth across existing Mexico-based customers while expanding organization presence across Mexico and LATAM. This role blends account growth, relationship management, and new business development focused on AWS and Microsoft cloud services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Account Growth & Expansion - Grow revenue within existing Mexico-based customer accounts through upsell and cross-sell of cloud services. - Identify expansion opportunities in cloud migration, optimization, security, data, and managed services. - Maintain strong executive and stakeholder relationships within assigned accounts. New Business Development - Identify and close new cloud services opportunities across Mexico and LATAM. - Build a regional pipeline through prospecting, referrals, partners, and marketing initiatives. - Navigate regional buying processes and decision-makers. Cloud Solutions Sales - Sell AWS and Microsoft Azure consulting, migration, and managed services. - Lead discovery conversations to understand customer business and technical needs. - Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to create tailored cloud solutions. Regional & Partner Collaboration - Work with AWS and Microsoft partner teams in Mexico and LATAM. - Support regional RFPs, proposals, and contract negotiations. - Track pipeline, forecasts, and activity in CRM systems. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: - 4+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, cloud, or technology consulting. - Proven experience growing existing accounts while also closing new business. - Strong working knowledge of AWS and/or Microsoft Azure. - Experience selling consulting, managed services, or cloud transformation solutions. - Fluent in Spanish and strong English communication skills. - Experience selling within Mexico and/or LATAM markets. - Comfortable working cross-culturally with global teams. PREFERRED SKILLS: - Existing relationships with Mexico or LATAM enterprise or mid-market clients. - Experience working with AWS or Microsoft partner ecosystems. - Familiarity with regional procurement and contracting practices. - Background selling data, analytics, security, or infrastructure services. - CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: - Consistent growth of revenue within existing Mexico customer accounts. - Establishment of new customers across Mexico and LATAM. - Strong regional pipeline with predictable forecasting. - Long-term client relationships and repeat business. - Recognition as a trusted cloud advisor in the regional market.
