About Your RoleSendoso is seeking a seasonal highly motivated individual who is equal parts creative and digitally savvy to support the Marketplace Team to help orchestrate our global supply chain as part of the experience for Sendoso customers.The Marketplace Operations Coordinator is a data and ops centric role that will engage with key stakeholders and vendor partners to ensure the expedient process, management and delivery of goods and services to our customers. You will focus on providing key support to the Marketplace Team in all aspects of the Ops process including understanding product capabilities, troubleshooting any customer queries and delivering best practices. The ideal candidate has a background in customer service with a history of success and providing an exceptional customer experience.Who You Are:A self motivated, driven individual with a serious eye for detailHigh ability to work independently and autonomously through specific tasks and projectsAbility to interact and collaborate with key stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently with individuals at all levelsAbility to deliver results under pressure, work independently, and take ownership of assigned tasksTechnical acumen and ability across various platformsAbility to explain complex concepts in a simple and concise mannerYour Typical DayWork closely with the Marketplace Team to provide key support in Marketplace Ops, vendor communication and management and platform support and maintenanceManage all Ops tasks to completion on time to the best of your abilityManage and complete secondary tasks such as data maintenance, vendor information updates and platform updatesFacilitate clear, concise communication with key stakeholders such as vendor partners, Customer Success teams and customersUpdate and maintain product and vendor information across multiple platformsEstablish and maintain vendor relationships with current and new vendors as they onboard across the globe, specific to the region assigned to youBuild trusted relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally to drive successful outcomesNeed to HaveAbility to interact and collaborate with key internal stakeholders and when required with external stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently with individuals at all levels and cross functional collaborationAbility to deliver results under pressure, work independently, and take ownership of assigned tasksProven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals and project deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel) and/or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides) and high level of technical comprehensionAbility to work independently and off own initiativeNice to HaveCustomer and vendor management experience is a plusExperience in data analysis and spreadsheetsWhat We BelieveOne Team - Everyone belongs here, and whether it's your first day or you're the CEO, your voice and ideas matter to us.
