Requirements and responsibilities

About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our Product and Technology organization and lead the execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives.This role focuses on driving delivery across Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams, ensuring that plans translate into predictable execution. You will work closely with Product Managers and technical leaders to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery trade-offs in a fast-growing, regulated healthcare environment.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of product and technology initiatives, from planning through release.Partner closely with Product Managers to execute roadmap priorities.Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering and technical teams.Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and execution blockers.Drive delivery trade-offs related to scope, timelines, and technical constraints.Define delivery plans, milestones, and execution tracking.Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at different levels.Support release planning and delivery cadence across initiatives.Act as a key point of alignment between Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations.Continuously improve delivery processes and execution practices as the organization scales.Required Experience7+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, or Technical Project Management roles.Strong experience delivering software-based products or platforms.Proven background working with engineering and product teams.Experience managing delivery across multiple teams and complex initiatives.Solid understanding of Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in execution.Strong communication skills, including interaction with senior stakeholders.Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).Technical UnderstandingComfortable discussing technical topics such as system integrations, APIs, data flows, and dependencies.Experience working with modern software environments (cloud-based systems, data platforms).You are not required to code, but you must understand how technical teams build and deliver software.Why Join UsOpportunity to work on products that have a direct impact on patient outcomes.Close collaboration with Product and Engineering leadership.High ownership and visibility over delivery execution.Remote-first environment.Competitive compensation aligned with the LATAM market.
