Job DescriptionThe Client Services Associate supports successful client implementations and ongoing account needs within Ludi’s healthcare technology platform. This role partners closely with the VP of Implementation and VP of Account Management to ensure accurate data loads, quality assurance, contract mapping, and client training support. The ideal candidate combines healthcare knowledge, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills to contribute to seamless client onboarding and operational excellence in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in client implementations by loading client data into software input formats with accuracy and efficiency.Review and assess physician-hospital duty structures and provide recommendations on appropriate mapping within the platform.Support project work as needed, including helping scout management, product testing, service calls, and physician/approver training.Conduct quality assurance on data loads and other deliverables at the direction of the Senior Director of Implementation.Identify trends during contract review, apply critical thinking, and escalate issues appropriately to senior leadership.Assist the Senior Director of Implementation in coordinating timelines for data loads, QA processes, and client-specific requirements.Support client account needs as directed and supervised by the Senior Account Manager.Education, Experience & SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred1–2 years of healthcare-related experience required; familiarity with physician-hospital contracts strongly preferred.Working knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, particularly provider compensation and contractual structures.Articulate and resourceful communicator comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, particularly in data accuracy and documentation.Demonstrated critical thinking and ability to identify trends or inconsistencies in contract review.Strong writing, project management, and time management skills.Ability to work independently in a home office environment within a fast-paced, early-stage company.Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to move across functional areas depending on business needs.Remote position, but the candidate must reside in the United States.
