Role: Salesforce BA/PO with Service Cloud Voice experience. Remote, full-time. The BA/PO will report to the customer's BSA/PO and operate with autonomy. Responsibilities include proxy presence during technical Scrum ceremonies when the Customer PO is unavailable and acting as a bridge between the customer's business language and the AWS/Salesforce architecture.Required technical skills mentioned: SalesforceSalesforce: Proficient in Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, and Service Cloud Voice (SCV).
