Requirements and responsibilities

Little Miss Hellya is a no-BS maternal wellness brand focused on pregnancy, postpartum recovery, fitness, and emotional empowerment. We create digital products, workout plans, educational content, and community experiences for modern mothers. Our voice is confident, honest, emotionally intelligent, and strong but nurturing. We are not a cute mom blog. We are powerful, grounded, and real. This is a paid 30-day trial to evaluate brand alignment, creativity, and execution speed. High performers will be offered a 3–6 month contract with increased compensation and growth incentives. During the trial you will: - Create and schedule 3–5 Instagram posts per week. - Repurpose content for Reels and short-form video. - Write captions in LMH’s signature voice. - Develop one content calendar for the month. - Engage with audience comments and DMs for 30 minutes daily. - Suggest growth ideas and trends relevant to maternal wellness. By end of trial we expect: - 12–20 published posts. - 4–8 short-form videos. - Consistent visual brand alignment. - Captions that reflect LMH tone. - Engagement rate improvements. - One written strategy recommendation report. Primary platform is Instagram. TikTok is secondary.
