What You’ll Be DoingRevenue and Contracting:Partner with Finance and Revenue teams to support revenue tracking, forecasting, and analysisEnsure contracting process aligns revenue, billing and collections expectationsFP&A & Financial ModelingBuild and maintain a Vendor Spend Model, incorporating both actuals and forward-looking FP&A assumptionsOwn and maintain an Allocated P&L, ensuring costs and revenue are appropriately categorized and understoodLead COGS Analysis to improve understanding of unit economics and margin performanceSupport ad hoc financial analysis for leadership, finance, and cross functional partnersBusiness & Product PerformanceMaintain regular "eyes on" product and business performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities earlyTranslate financial data into clear insights that help teams understand what's working, what's not and why.ReconciliationsStrong 3-statement financial understanding, used to support accounting in reconciling:Validate that all CRM customers (Salesforce) and contracts are billed (Campfire) accurately and completelyEnsure reported MRR aligns with P&L and expected revenue performanceBill Pay + Corporate Card system (Ramp) to Accounting (Campfire)You'll be great for this role if youHave 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, finance, accoutning, analytics or a related fieldAre highly comfortable in Sheets and new systems and enjoy building and maintaining financial modelsHave experience working with subscription revenue, MRR, billing systems, or payment platforms (Stripe experience is a plus)Are oriented and care deeply about data accuracy and reconciliationCan explain complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance partnersEnjoy working cross-functional and taking ownership of ambiguous problemsAre proactive -- you don't just report issues, you help solve themActual salary is dependent on experience level and locationSolv offers robust benefits including:Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance401kPaid Parental LeaveMonthly Wellness ReimbursementFlexible Time OffMany More!The pay range for this role is:80,000 - 110,000 USD per year (San Francisco)
