OverviewActive license in good standingPsychosocial services for behavioral careFlexible hours between 9am and 8pmWe support our clinicians with a care coordinator to assist with intake forms, releases, scheduling, rebooking…etc.100% virtual careWe train on all necessary tools and platformsMust have availability to work at least two evening appointments up until 8pm.The Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW or LMFT) will be responsible for assessing/diagnosing behavioral/mental health issues, determining appropriate types/methods of treatment, and implementing intervention methodologies (psychotherapy) via telehealth platform and documentation of those services in the electric medical record.Job Duties:Provide assessment/diagnosis and psychotherapy to a wide range of patients as young as 12 up to geriatric age, that are appropriate for telehealth servicesUse evidence-based screening tools with patients to screen and measure outcomesDocument in electric medical record the services that were provided, as well as, providing diagnosis and billing code for the encounterProvide services via audio and visual two way communication platformAbide by the Code of Ethics and all laws and regulatory bodies governing the practice locationCoordinate with clinical, health education, community health and other staff members in the provision of services to patients if necessary.Provide referrals for services neededAssume other responsibilities as directedQualifications:Masters degree in Social Work or Marriage & Family Therapy having obtained licensure as a Clinical or Independent Licensure able to practice independently the practice location (State)Experience with psychotherapyFamiliarity with women's health, multicultural groups, previous work experience in a multicultural setting preferredJob TypeFull-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance
