We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong analytical and data skills to tackle complex, high-visibility challenges and translate large data sets into strategic insights. This role will leverage analytics to drive development, optimize performance, and support key organizational initiatives.Responsibilities:Data Governance, Interpretation and ModelingApply advanced analytics and financial modeling techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, anomaly detection) to inform business decisions related to budget tracking and modeling, and incentives around influencer/creator engagement.Extract, clean, and synthesize data, primarily using SQL to enable accurate analysis.Develop and visualize insights through reports, dashboards, and storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.Ensure data governance and privacy compliance across all datasets and analyses.Mentor and guide teams on data preparation, visualization, modeling, and best practices.Program ManagementOversees multiple related projects to ensure they align with organizational strategy and deliver on business objectives.Coordinates dependencies, timelines, and resources across projects.Develops and maintains program roadmaps, tracking progress against key milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.Identifies and mitigates risks, ensuring smooth execution and resolving issues that impact scope, budget, or schedule.Communicates program status and strategic insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.Business Understanding & Insights OperationalizationDevelop deep understanding of business problems and key metrics.Partner with stakeholders to identify core questions and design optimal solutions.Operationalize insights by integrating analytics into business processes and driving KPI-focused improvements.Lead analytics refresh exercises and model/rule tuning processes.Professional Attributes:Strong communication and presentation skills, analytical problem-solving, client relationship management, adaptability, creativity, emotional intelligence, and effective time managementAbility to handle and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive informationRequirements:BA/BS or higherTechnical Skills:Strong proficiency in SQLSolid understanding financial modeling and tooling, insights and analyticsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
