You care about precision, consistency, and delivering polished work that enables revenue teams to perform at their best.You’re excited to deepen your expertise in product marketing while working under the guidance of an experienced Director and collaborating across Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success.What you’ll do:Product Go-to-Market ExecutionIn partnership with the Director of Product Marketing, you will support go-to-market execution for Xello’s suite of products.You will:Translate product updates into customer-facing messaging and enablement materialsDevelop and maintain sales one-pagers, feature briefs, and competitive battlecardsSupport launch communications and internal documentationMaintain consistency across grade-band messaging within one unified platform narrativePositioning & Messaging SupportYou will help operationalize and strengthen our Core Platform positioning by:Updating messaging frameworks as features evolveSupporting persona documentation and use-case clarityAssisting in competitive research and differentiation summariesIncorporating field feedback into messaging improvementsSales & Customer Success Enablement CollaborationIn collaboration with Sales Enablement, you will:Develop and refresh enablement materialsSupport internal training sessions tied to product launchesMaintain organized, accessible content in enablement systemsCreate FAQ and objection-handling documentationCross-Functional PartnershipYou will collaborate closely with:Product Managers to understand roadmap prioritiesGrowth Marketing to align messaging across campaignsBrand & Content teams to ensure voice consistencyCustomer Success to incorporate real-world insightsWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field1+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market support, B2B marketing, or a related marketing functionDemonstrated ability to translate product functionality into clear, customer-facing valueOrganized and able to manage multiple workstreams with deadlinesComfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Growth, and Customer SuccessAnalytical mindset with the ability to synthesize feedback and competitive insights into clear messagingOwnership mentality—someone who takes initiative and follows throughNice to have:Exposure to SaaS or multi-product software environmentsFamiliarity with positioning frameworks or competitive analysisExperience supporting product launches or structured go-to-market initiativesExperience or interest in the K–12 education market*Please note this role is remote in Ontario, Canada only*The compensation range for this role is $45,000 to $60,000 CAD. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's experience and expertise, as assessed during the interview process.
