Requirements and responsibilities


• You will provide technical support to Avitus Group. • You will have the opportunity to support large business critical application installations including Microsoft GP, CRM, and Atlassian stacks. • You will work with internal staff to gather and understand their requirements, and develop work flows within our products to improve automation and efficiency. • Document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution of client issues. • Responsible for developing new processes for automation and improving work flow. • Provide input into the decision making of new software solutions. • Contribute to and maintain knowledge base of previous support issues. • Requires occasional on-call support, including weekends and after-hours support.
