Avantor is looking for a communicative and detail-oriented Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Analyst to join the IT team in Germany. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to increase the company's online visibility in Europe by managing and optimizing digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a high education degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with demonstrated working experience in SEM. Fluency in English and German is required, and certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other qualified certifications are a plus. The SEM Analyst will be responsible for campaign creation, deployment, and analysis, as well as ad copy writing, campaign localization, and analytics dashboard creation. Responsibilities: - SEM campaign creation, deployment, and analysis - Creating personalized ad copy for targeted communication with customers - Leading campaign localization efforts to support regional languages - Building analytics dashboards for SEM campaigns and analyzing results - Performing topic and keyword research using SEO/SEM tools - Analyzing customer behavior/heatmaps in Google Analytics - Supporting the Digital Marketing team with SEO projects
