Requirements: - At least five projects of complete and proven implementation of ERP systems. - Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields. - Advanced knowledge in logistics and inventory. - Advanced use of Excel. - Basic level of English. - Location: LATAM. Responsibilities: - Model customer business process flows in ERP according to standard functionality from exploration sessions with key business users. - Identify gaps and solution scenarios for those operations not covered by ERP's standard functionality. - Advise the client based on the best industry practices to achieve maximum adoption of ERP's standard functionality. - Design, together with project leaders, work plans and ensure compliance with milestones in quality, time, and budget. - Train key users in the proper use of the implemented ERP functionalities. - Address incidents, requirements, and customer query through the service desk, ensuring the delivery of quality solutions and responses within the established SLAs. - Document solutions in a knowledge database. - Set up ERP databases and demonstrate their functionality to prospective clients. - Keep up to date about new features and modules that ERP releases. 🚀 THAVAS is using Agile Recruitment for this process.
