Responsibilities

BAO is a globally award-winning Shopify Plus eCommerce agency based in the UK. We work explicitly with Shopify Plus merchants in the fashion, cosmetics, and luxury goods sectors for brands all over the world. Our team is committed to exceptional standards in eCommerce and operates in a studio where independence, autonomy, and doing the right thing is at the center of everything we do. We are on a mission to work with the world's most ambitious eCommerce brands in a smart, open, fast-paced, fun, and rewarding environment. We have a remote-friendly culture with around 70% of our team members being permanently remote employees located all over the UK. Every staff member at BAO is climate positive, and we contribute to planting trees around the world on behalf of our team, offsetting their entire carbon footprint. We are looking for a Growth Account Strategist to join our rapidly expanding team and work alongside some of the fastest growing and most ambitious brands in the Shopify ecosystem. The ideal candidate will take responsibility for the delivery of growth roadmaps, build strong, value-based relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure that agreed growth tasks are delivered on time and to the exacting specification required. This role requires hands-on technical experience with an e-Commerce platform, a minimum of 2 years of experience working on active eCommerce, and strong communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with interesting, high-profile clients, enjoy a remote-friendly culture, and be part of a team committed to exceptional standards in eCommerce. Responsibilities: - Take responsibility for the delivery of growth roadmaps for BAO's retained Growth Programme merchants - Build strong, value-based relationships with key stakeholders of the merchants - Liaise with the internal BAO team to scope, progress, and deliver final outcomes - Manage feedback loops with clients and understand where further solutions scoping may be needed - Ensure agency resources are allocated appropriately based on requirements detailed within the merchants' growth roadmap
