The ideal candidate will spearhead product development efforts, lead the rapidly growing software engineering team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the product architecture. Responsibilities: - Define and drive the technical vision, strategy, and architecture for cardiovascular health and value-based care solutions in partnership with the Head of Product. - Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. - Attract top engineering talent and make strategic hiring decisions to scale the team effectively. - Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software products. - Lead and manage remote engineering teams effectively, fostering strong communication and collaboration. - Leverage AWS cloud expertise to optimize infrastructure, scalability, and performance. - Implement and maintain Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipelines to streamline development and delivery of products.
