For that reason, we are currently looking for a female Executive assistant. ✅ Requirements: ◽ Experience working as an Executive assistant for CEOs. ◽ Experience performing business, administrative, and operational tasks. Also, the candidate must be able to coordinate tasks with all the teams involved. ◽ Previous experience with remote working software preferred, including ClickUp, Slack, Zoom, etc. ◽ Previous experience in managing a remote team preferred. ◽ Strong, soft skills: attention to detail, positive attitude, winning mindset, good communication. ◽ It's a plus if you have experience working in a marketing agency. ✅ Responsibilities: ◽ Daily sales coordinator calendar report. ◽ Communicating calendar KPIs to marketing/setters daily. ◽ Paid traffic reporting. ◽ Outbound sales reporting. ◽ Email management and response. ◽ Calendar management and team management. ◽ Podcast screening and application. ◽ Social media management and posting. ◽ Graphic design and video editing. ◽ Website posting. ◽ Foreseeing CEO needs and handling them before they arise. ◽ Organize and schedule meetings and availability, including cancellations, rescheduling, sending reminders, and follow-ups. ◽ Manage the personal messages and inboxes of the CEO. ◽ Prepare travel itineraries for the CEO. ◽ Complete recurring daily, weekly, or monthly data and report sending to provide updates on critical information. ◽ Drafting legal documents and client emails. Continuously improving and building upon our library of template communication emails. ◽ Creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensuring our staff complies with them. ◽ Undertake marketing initiatives and connect with potential new clients. ◽ Creating and implementing client and referral partner appreciation programs-gifts, notes, birthday cards, etc., both digital and old school. ◽ Supporting our (external) marketing team and helping provision scheduled content.
