We are looking for a Director, Learning & Development with proven experience in scaling and leading a Learning & Development team in a high-growth company. You are responsible for planning, designing, and delivering learning and development programs to new hires, individuals, and managers to help build a strong and productive workforce with an emphasis on continuous learning. Responsibilities: - Oversee the development and delivery of strategic leadership development programs for all managers. - Be responsible for redesigning and developing a New Hire Orientation and Product Training. - Help build a competency matrix and career leveling for all roles & departments to develop employee talent and drive performance, productivity, and progression. - Continuously developing employee talent through training programs such as conflict resolution, communication (giving and receiving feedback), asynchronous and remote working. - Conduct organizational needs analysis and create training plans to ensure all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles. - Design & deliver different methods of training (e-learning, live training, workshops). - Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
