If you are ready to contribute to a groundbreaking platform and foster a culture of innovation, we invite you to join us on this exciting journey. 🔵 Requirements: ◽ ​​Expert in engineering and leading various teams. ◽ ​​Experience in React Native, android, and IOS development. ◽ ​​Proven experience in designing and implementing machine learning solutions, with solid knowledge in cybersecurity, AWS, and PostgreSQL, and proficiency in programming with Go and Python. ​​ 🔵 ​​Here are some things you’ll do on the job: ◽ ​​Develop and articulate the long-term technology vision and strategy aligned with Quiver's mission. ◽ ​​Lead end-to-end product development, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions. ◽ ​​​​Design a scalable, secure, and innovative technical architecture for Quiver's LGBTQ+ dating app and community platform. ◽ ​​​​Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. ◽ ​​Implement robust security measures, ensure compliance, and leverage data analytics for informed decision-making. ◽ ​​​​Implement and optimize agile development methodologies, maintaining high standards of code quality and best practices. ◽ ​​​​Ensure technology efforts align with Quiver's mission, prioritizing user experience and fostering connections within the LGBTQ+ community. 🔵 About the salary:​​ ◽ ​​​​Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and mobile app development industry and are updated regularly using our industry's most reliable compensation survey data. ◽ ​​New hire offers are based on a job candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers. Our target new-hire base salary ranges for this role are the following: ​​→ ​​US employees in the New York City or San Francisco Bay Area: $125,000 - $140,000/year.​​ ​​→ ​​​​US employees outside the New York City or San Francisco Bay Area: $100,000 - $115,000/year.
