DevOps Engineer - Email Platform at Twilio

This position is a hands-on role to support the management of our data center footprint across the US and EU as well as our AWS cloud infrastructure. Successful candidates join at a time where we are executing on a hybrid strategy that will optimize our on-premise data center infrastructure while leveraging operational efficiencies in AWS. Responsibilities: - Build automation to support the existing systems and processes for data center management, hardware lifecycle, server provisioning, and configuration management. - Be part of the team that is leading our cloud migration strategy while maintaining a resilient on-premise platform. - Drive efficiencies in both cloud and on-prem footprints through a data-driven approach to design decisions. - Demonstrate effective communication by authoring and reviewing design documents, runbooks, and other service documentation. - Become part of the on call rotation for the team - Foster an inclusive environment and imports team members to succeed and grow.
