Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide precise, real-world accounting expertise to inform and enhance AI model training.Review, analyze, and validate a diverse set of financial data and documentation.Evaluate and critique accounting scenarios, workflows, and policies for accuracy and clarity.Deliver high-quality written and verbal feedback on complex financial concepts and accounting tasks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure realistic and relevant accounting datasets.Leverage your deep understanding of regulatory environments (US, UK, CAN, Europe, LATAM) to provide context-rich insights.Commit at least 10+ hours per week to deliver impactful, detail-oriented contributions.Required Skills and QualificationsCertified Public Accountant (CPA) or Auditor designation required.Minimum 5-10+ years of hands-on professional accounting experience.Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills—clear, concise, and professional.Demonstrated expertise across bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax, and audit processes.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.High attention to detail and utmost commitment to accuracy.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to deliver quality results on tight deadlines.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with or supporting AI or technology-driven projects.Background in multiple regulatory environments (US/CAN/UK preferred; Europe or LATAM a plus).Prior remote or distributed team experience.
