Thousands of businesses turn to EasyPay Finance as a tool to increase revenue by approving their customers for financing at the point of purchase.Merchant Services RepresentativeThis is a work-from-home position open to candidates in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Texas. As a Merchant Services Representative, your main responsibility is to handle all inbound and outbound calls with our Merchants, providing them with excellent customer service when they need our assistance using our financing program for their customers. In addition, a Merchant Services Representative is responsible for all new merchant set-ups, trainings, processing consumer applications, and reviewing conditions for funding.We are looking for outgoing and energetic individuals who are willing to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service day in and day out.ScheduleFull-time with Sundays and Thursdays off.Shift is 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PT weekdays and Sat. 8:30 AM–5:00 PM PT.Saturday shift required (at overtime rate of 1.5x base rate).Schedule may be subject to change due to business needs.QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeDetail oriented and conscientiousAbility to work independently in a deadline-oriented environmentMust possess a disciplined work ethic, positive attitude and be highly motivated to succeedWhat We OfferCompensation: Base salary $17 PLUS bonus opportunity of up to $750 per monthWeekends paid at 1.5 base rateRobust health insurance including individual and family Medical, Dental and VisionRelax and recharge with Paid Time Off (PTO) Program; plus 10 paid holidaysFinancial health with 401(k) programs and employer matchInternet reimbursement - $40 per monthAccess to EAPOngoing learning and development resourcesFlexible Spending or Health Savings AccountsLife and AD&D InsuranceDiscounts for shopping at various retailers
