Requirements and responsibilities


Operations & General Management: - Job Dispatch & Scheduling: Manage calendars, route optimization, and coordinate matching the right cleaners with the right jobs. - Quality Assurance: Review client feedback, monitor cleaner checklists, and handle any client complaints quickly and professionally. - Supplies & Inventory: Track and order cleaning supplies or equipment, ensuring your teams have what they need to work. Sales & Lead Generation: - Inbound & Outbound Sales: Answer calls, follow up on web form submissions, and pitch your cleaning packages. - Google LSA & Web Leads: Monitor and instantly respond to leads coming in from your Google Local Service Ads (LSA), Yelp, or website. - Cold Calling: Perform targeted outbound cold calls for commercial B2B accounts (e.g., offices, real estate agents) to generate new business. HR & Cleaner Coordination: - Recruitment & Screening: Post job advertisements, review resumes, and conduct initial screening interviews for new cleaners. - Onboarding: Process new hires, collect required documentation (W9/W2 or 1099), and manage training checklists. - Payroll Processing: Track employee/contractor hours, process payroll (e.g., via platforms like Gusto or QuickBooks), and handle basic bookkeeping. Required Qualifications: - Experience: 1–2 years of experience as an Operations VA, Dispatcher, or Sales Coordinator (experience in home services/cleaning is a huge plus). - Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with booking/scheduling software Booking Koala and communication platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom). - Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English, strong negotiation/sales skills, and the ability to work independently.
