We’re looking for a US-based Sales Executive who already has relationships, understands how to sell services, and can generate and close deals. This is a commission-first role designed for high-performers. A fixed component can be added after ~90 days based on pipeline and results. 🎯 What You’ll Own Generate opportunities through your existing network, referrals, and outbound efforts Run the full sales cycle – discovery → positioning → closing Sell Salesforce services: - Implementations - Custom development - Integrations - Managed services Work closely with our delivery team to craft solution-led proposals Build long-term client relationships and drive upsell opportunities Maintain pipeline visibility (Salesforce CRM) 🧠 What You Bring Proven track record in B2B / services sales (Salesforce is a strong plus) Strong relationship-driven selling ability Confidence closing mid to high-ticket deals Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (or ability to ramp quickly) Self-driven, comfortable in a performance-based environment 💰 Compensation Zero fixed pay initially High, uncapped commissions (top performers earn aggressively) Fixed base introduced after consistent performance (~3 months)
