If you’re ready to be part of something big, keep reading.What’s the mission you’ll driveDrive the strategic development and growth of Addi's lending product portfolio by launching new products and scaling existing offerings like Bill Pay and Cash Advance, while acting as a cross-functional bridge to ensure seamless execution that delivers measurable business impact and democratizes financial access for underserved consumers in Latin America.What you will doLaunch New Lending Products: Successfully lead the end-to-end development and launch of a new lending product (e.g., secured credit), achieving defined target adoption and revenue metrics.Accelerate Existing Portfolio Growth: Drive a measurable increase in active users or transaction volume for Bill Pay and Cash Advance through targeted growth initiatives.Establish Cross-Functional Excellence: Form and lead working groups across Engineering, Risk, Finance, Ops, and Legal, delivering all roadmap initiatives on schedule with zero major de-prioritizations caused by team misalignment.Validate Product-Market Fit: Conduct rigorous customer discovery sessions and translate those insights into clear requirements and go-to-market strategies for new concepts.Develop Internal Talent: Actively mentor 2–3 junior team members (PMs or analysts), leading to increased ownership and capability building within the Product department.Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Implement comprehensive performance dashboards for all owned products, providing leadership with actionable insights on product health and growth opportunitiesWhat we’re looking forProven Experience in Strategic Product Leadership in lending contexts.7-10+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 4 years in financial services, fintech, or lending-related products.Proven track record of launching and scaling 0→1 products in regulated environments.Experience working with credit economics, risk models, and regulatory compliance in a lending context.Demonstrated ability to drive product growth initiatives with measurable business impact (GMV, revenue, user acquisition).Translates complex business goals into prioritized backlogs and clear roadmaps.Demonstrates a deep understanding of lending constructs, including revolving credit and installment loans.Scales products from scratch within highly regulated environments.Works directly with credit economics, risk models, and regulatory compliance to drive sound financial decision-making.Fluent in Spanish & English - both verbal and written communicationsDemonstrates Ability for Cross-Functional InfluenceBuilds consensus among diverse stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, and Risk without direct authority.Facilitates cross-functional influence through full professional fluency in both Spanish and English, ensuring seamless global collaboration.Communicates effectively with senior leadership and the C-team to align on resource allocation.Acts as a strategic bridge between Lending leadership and execution teams to align resource allocation.Possesses Strong Execution & OwnershipOperates independently as a self-starter in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments.Drives initiatives that result in significant increases in GMV, revenue, and user acquisition.Maintains a high bias for action while ensuring the quality and detail of the final product.Fosters a culture of ownership and accountability across the engineering and business squads.Has Solid Expertise in Analytical RigorUtilizes data analysis, credit metrics, and funnel optimization to drive informed product decisions.Employs A/B testing and iterative experimentation to improve product performance.Track Record of Mentorship & LeadershipFosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across disciplines.Guides junior team members through knowledge sharing and professional development.Why join us?Work on a problem that truly matters – We are redefining how people shop, pay, and bank in Colombia, breaking down financial barriers and empowering millions.
