We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with OPT/CPT candidates and a strong understanding of the US staffing process.Key ResponsibilitiesSource OPT/CPT candidates through job portals, databases, and social platformsBuild and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidatesUse advanced search techniques (Boolean search, filters, etc.)Screen profiles based on basic requirements (skills, visa status, location)Maintain candidate data and tracking sheetsWork closely with recruiters by sharing qualified profiles✅ Required Skills3–4 years of experience in OPT sourcing or US IT sourcingStrong hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, and LinkedInGood understanding of OPT/CPT and basic visa categoriesStrong Boolean search and sourcing skillsAbility to meet daily/weekly sourcing targets
