Location: Remote - Based in the USRemote | Full-timeCompensation: $120K - $150KOur client is building the foundational financial infrastructure that powers the next generation of cross-border fintech. The organization’s global USD account infrastructure and payment APIs enable fintechs, embedded finance platforms, and financial institutions to seamlessly move money across emerging markets, including Latin America and Africa. Backed by top-tier venture capital firms, the company is focused on delivering faster, cheaper, and more reliable cross-border transactions to foster fair global economic opportunity. The organization is currently at an inflection point. Following the launch of a brand-new global USD product and a successful Series A funding round, the company is scaling its revenue engine. Positioned as a senior Individual Contributor (IC) role reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer (CBO), the Director of Growth Marketing will design, build, and permanently own an AI-native outbound engine. This strategy prioritizes intelligent systems and agentic workflows over headcount expansion. The successful candidate will manage the full stack—from Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definition and signal identification to multi-source enrichment, personalized sequencing, and pipeline reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesPermanent Ownership: Design, build, and execute the outbound revenue engine from the ground up, maintaining long-term, hands-on ownership as a senior Individual Contributor.Agentic Workflows: Build and operate AI-native, agentic systems that scale pipeline generation efficiently through technical architecture rather than team headcount.AI-Native Execution: Oversee Clay-powered enrichment processes and execute highly personalized, AI-driven outreach strategies at scale across email and LinkedIn channels.Signal Intelligence: Construct and refine signal-based trigger workflows utilizing key market data, such as funding rounds, competitor job postings, incubator launches, and executive hiring trends.ICP & Targeting: Continuously define and optimize the Ideal Customer Profile across core target segments, including Series A/B fintechs, embedded finance platforms, and regional banking institutions.GTM Collaboration: Partner directly with the CBO to align outbound messaging, product positioning, and targeted launch campaigns with the company’s core USD API offerings.Pipeline Management: Assume full accountability for end-to-end outbound pipeline metrics, systematically tracking outreach volume, reply rates, meeting conversion, and generated revenue pipeline.RequirementsProfessional Experience: 5–10 years of experience within B2B Go-To-Market (GTM), revenue operations, or growth functions, featuring a proven track record of building outbound programs from scratch within high-growth technology environments.Clay Expertise (Strict Requirement): Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Clay. Candidates must possess direct experience building multi-source enrichment waterfalls, AI-personalized sequences, and complex, trigger-based workflows.Modern Outbound Stack: Deep technical fluency across standard outbound toolsets, specifically Clay, Smartlead or Instantly, Apollo or ZoomInfo, HubSpot or Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.AI-First Mindset (Strict Requirement): A strong AI-first orientation with a demonstrated ability to utilize artificial intelligence to write, enrich, personalize, and optimize every layer of an outreach motion.Domain Fluency: Professional background within the fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure domains is highly preferred, including a strong understanding of relevant buyer personas and the competitive landscape.Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication capabilities, with a talent for drafting precise, high-conversion outbound copy that avoids spam filters and drives engagement.Systems Thinking: Strong analytical, workflow-driven mindset focused on testing hypotheses, auditing conversion funnels, and optimizing processes based on rigorous data analysis.Individual Contributor Orientation: Motivation to thrive as a high-impact senior IC, with a desire to maintain direct execution ownership rather than transitioning into people management.BenefitsCompetitive salary and equity packages commensurate with experience.Opportunity to assume total ownership of a critical revenue function at a venture-backed, Series A infrastructure company.Fully remote, flexible working environment with a high degree of autonomy.Comprehensive health, wellness, and standard professional benefits matching industry benchmarks.Commitment to Equality and Accessibility: At MLabs, we are committed to offer equal opportunities to all candidates.
