As a Mid-Market Account Manager, you'll drive revenue growth by helping customers expand their use of Absorb, uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of each client’s business to align Absorb solutions with their goals.The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder with a passion for sales, proactive problem-solving skills, and strong communication and presentation abilities. Quotas focus on net retention within the assigned book of business.What you’ll do:Increase the net dollar retention of your book of business through upsells and cross sellsNegotiate client contract renewals with a focus on increased Annual Recurring Revenue and long-term relationshipsGenerate and close new for opportunities for ‘land and expand’ within assigned accountsGenerate proposals and other client facing documentation to assist your sales processIdentify and develop meaningful client relationshipsAccurately manage and report your sales pipeline monthly and quarterlyThoroughly understand Absorb subscription models to effectively answer client questionsParticipate in team meetings and projects to improve sales processes & sales outputDevelop strong internal relationships to support client lifecycleKeep up to date with latest product releases and training seminars to ensure thorough product knowledgeWhat you’ll bring:Post-secondary degree (preferably in business or a related field)3-5 years of experience successfully managing client relationships and driving revenue growth through upsellingVery strong time management and organizational skillsVery strong verbal and written communication skillsOutgoing and personable nature with a sales driven attitude, strong team playerAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that changes constantlyAdditional preferred qualifications:SaaS (or Technology) sales experienceExperience working with a global client baseStrong MS Office skills – primarily Excel and PowerPointFluency in additional languagesExperience working with industry tools such as SalesforceTechnologies we use:AbsorbLMS, Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, Zendesk, Calendly, Zoom, Teams, Adobe AcrobatWhat we offer:Fully remote-first work with flexible work arrangementsComprehensive Health and Wellness Benefits including retirement savings programs, eligibility for two different bonus plans, generous time off, comprehensive medical and dental benefits based on your country of locationNew Hire Equipment Allowance and monthly Flex Allowance to support your successEndless opportunity for career growth and internal mobilityEmployee driven DE&I programsWho are we?Absorb Software is a remote-first company that provides online training solutions to leading organizations around the world.
