In this role, you'll build and scale the data pipelines powering large video generation systems — from ingestion and curation to annotation orchestration and quality control. If you're passionate about owning the full lifecycle of training data and turning experimental workflows into production-grade systems, this is the role for you. 🚀Build and maintain data pipelines for large video generation models using AWS S3 and DynamoDB.Design and run annotation workflows across MTurk, Prolific, and Mechanical Turk with quality control and label validation.Train and improve supporting models for data filtering, quality assessment, and preprocessing.Partner with research and engineering teams to scale experimental workflows into repeatable systems.Own data quality across the pipeline, continuously improving tooling and processes.Build internal automation for dataset preparation, annotation launches, and output monitoring.Optimize research model inference scripts for cost and time efficiency at scale.Salary range: $200,000 - $260,000 USD (€170,000 - €225,000)
