We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Technology Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT and software technology positions. The recruiter should be comfortable leveraging multiple social media platforms, job portals, and professional networks to identify technology talent.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and identify candidates through LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.Recruit for various IT technologiesScreen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.Required SkillsBasic understanding of IT technologies and software development roles.Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and candidate sourcing strategies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.Prior experience in IT Staffing, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.Exposure to contract, permanent, and remote hiring models is a plus.What We OfferOpportunity to work with global clients and cutting-edge technologies.Flexible remote working environment.Career growth and learning opportunities.Performance-based incentives and rewards.
