What You'll Do You will collaborate with our 100% remote engineering team to design, build, and maintain AI software systems across the full lifecycle — from prototyping to deployment. Your work will include: Designing and developing scalable Python systems for AI applications Implementing data-driven algorithms and ML models Building and optimizing data pipelines and ETL workflows Writing clean, maintainable, production-quality code Minimum Requirements 3+ years of professional Python software development Professional-level English Experience with collaborative development tools (GitHub and project management tools) Beneficial Skills LLM / ML / AI experience Software architecture and system design PyTorch / TensorFlow / Keras / Pandas / Jupyter SQL / NoSQL / Vector databases Unit testing and testable software design PyCharm / Cursor IDEs Cloud environments CI/CD and containerization
