We're seeking a strategic, driven, and innovative Executive Director of Ambulatory to lead the zero-to-one sales motion for Regard. Reporting directly to our VP of Sales and working in close partnership with our CEO and President, you will be the foundational sales hire for our outpatient division.As the first sales leader in this space, you will help develop, iterate, and execute on the first go-to-market strategy for a new vertical. You will leverage Regard's proven success and clinical case studies to bridge the gap between our health system presence and the untapped outpatient domain.In this role, you will be the primary revenue driver responsible for securing the partnerships and new logos that will define Regard's footprint across large institutions, MSOs, and clinics. By establishing this new vertical, you will directly advance our mission to ensure every patient receives world-class healthcare in the outpatient setting.About RegardOur mission is to bring world-class healthcare to everyone. We want you to join us.Responsibilities:Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closeIdentify client challenges and demonstrate Regard’s value propositionDevelop expertise in new product features and service benefitsCultivate and strengthen long-term client relationshipsCollaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless client launchesReport on sales KPIs and pipeline healthDevelop pitch decks, sales assets, and Go-To-Market motionsMinimum Qualifications: 5+ years in a closing Account Executive role within healthcare AI and SaaS, specifically selling into the ambulatory and outpatient market (Large Medical Groups, MSOs, and/or clinics)Proven experience navigating complex sales cycles, including building champions and influencing executive-level stakeholdersProficient in leveraging AI tools to enhance sales productivity, automate workflows, and optimize outreachLocated within 50 miles of a major airport and willing to travel, as needed (25-60% of time)Location | Work AuthorizationWe have a strong preference for candidates located in the New York City metro areaIf located in NYC, the expectation for this role is to be in the office 2 days per week.
