If you're talented, curious, and hungry but not quite ready for a full-time eng role yet — this is your on-ramp. You'll work alongside senior engineers on production code, not side projects.Depending on your interests, you could work on:Building and shipping features in React/Next.js, TypeScript, and GoBackend systems and API infrastructure in NodeTooling, developer experience, and internal platformsYou might be a fit if:You're a strong student (bonus if you're at a school known for CS) but credentials matter less than abilityYou can think through a problem, not just copy a solutionYou want to learn what it actually takes to build software at a startup
