Requirements and responsibilities


• Execute Marketing Automation Programs to Engage Prospects and Customers: • Act as marketing automation expert to the business, listening to the needs of stakeholders in order to understand what they are trying to accomplish and offer smart, trackable solutions. • Implement automated marketing email/outbound campaigns, i.e. invites to events/webinars, drip & nurture programs and customer communication across our business units. • Work with marketing and sales stakeholders to ensure flawless end-to-end campaign execution. • Build marketing automation programs that align with the lead lifecycle and sales processes. • Provide reporting and campaign analytics to measure program success and how to optimize. • Manage and optimize email database elements - list selection, email development (content from program manager), testing and approval process. • Work closely with BDRs/MDRs providing guidance on how to view leads and associated data in Salesforce to effectively follow-up with passed leads • Manage outreach and data tools used by MDR/BDRs including training, troubleshooting, optimizing and introducing new features. • Work with Marketing team members to support program execution. • Manage database health • Define processes that route leads to marketing and sales teams so that leads are handled appropriately. • Lead Marketing Automation Process and Collaboration with Sales and Across Teams: • Work closely with salesforce administrator to ensure leads route and track properly, and to maintain and improve database health • Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure seamless integration with SFDC and other reporting systems. • Ensure processes and best practices are in place for data cleanliness and accurate synchronization across Salesforce and Marketo. • Marketing Reporting and Analytics: • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on key marketing metrics. Recommend corrective actions and improvements when necessary. • Create dashboards and reports to support sales & marketing teams.
