Requirements and responsibilities


• Like many operations roles, there is no ‘typical day’. Your role will involve a wide range of activities tending to the Kasa portfolio. These initiatives will support both Kasa internal teams and our remote cleaning partners. A normal day will consist of working closely with our guest experience team regarding on-trip housekeeping concerns, ensuring our partners have the tools they need to properly stock units, utilizing internal systems to assign and facilitate tasks, confirming partner invoices are accurate and paid on time, and assist with ongoing departmental projects. • You will utilize multiple online platforms to communicate and collaborate virtually, including Aircall, Slack, Breezeway, Kustomer, Notion and Google Suite. You will become a modern software pro user, valuable at any start-up! • Operations Execution: • Work to resolve issues flagged for housekeeping as quickly as possible • Serve as a helpful resource for cleaning partners in the field while troubleshooting challenges in real-time • Support the sourcing, contracting, and negotiations with new 3rd party housekeeping partners • Fulfill supply requests via ordering outlets, local inventory, etc. • Help to triage cross-departmental ops challenges as they arise. • Housekeeping Administrative Support: • Contribute content to departmental meetings, housekeeping trainings, and virtual engagement outlets • Assist housekeeping managers with cleaning partner onboarding and offboarding checklists • Provide support around HK invoice processing, serve as a helpful resource regarding process + time tracking application in use.
