The ideal candidate will be responsible for all external art outsourcing, including building and maintaining relationships with external art vendors, negotiating contracts, managing external artists, and developing an efficient art pipeline. If you have 5+ years of experience in the video game industry and a passion for quality results, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: - Build and maintain long term relationships with external art vendors - Negotiate favorable contracts that align with scope and budget - Manage external artists and provide feedback - Manage the external art vendor schedules, deliverables, and day-to-day communication - Track status of art assets and provide supporting materials required for production - Develop the external art pipeline into a highly efficient workflow that maintains quality while meeting budgetary constraints - Work to expand outsourcing efforts while improving efficiency, savings, and quality
