You will lead trainings, ensure quality of delivery and all deliverables, including process documentation and UAT scripts, and provide coaching and mentorship to the Treasury team’s analysts. The ideal candidate will have experience with Kyriba and/or Kyriba implementation experience, 1+ Kyriba certification, detailed experiences designing, testing, and using Kyriba, and demonstrable experience driving exceptional customer satisfaction. Additionally, effective organizational skills, strong project management experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Eligibility to work in the United States and occasional travel are also necessary. Responsibilities: - Develop innovative uses of Kyriba (e.g., API adoption, custom dashboards) and disseminate knowledge internally - Liaise between Kyriba and Clearsulting, working with Kyriba Product to suggest new ideas, Kyriba Support to resolve issues, and Kyriba Account Management and Sales Executives to drive new business - Assist in trainings and ensure quality of delivery and all deliverables - Provide coaching and mentorship to the Treasury Team’s analysts - Demonstrate ability to manage people, develop teams, and coach more junior team members - Showcase effective organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities - Consistently follow all firm policies and guidance
