We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and empathetic Client Intake Coordinator / Legal Intake Specialist to join our team. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have prior experience handling U.S. accident / personal injury intake. This role is critical in making a positive first impression with potential clients and ensuring that all necessary information is collected and documented accurately. You will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance, and your professionalism, communication skills, and ability to handle sensitive situations will be key to success. Responsibilities: * Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from potential clients. * Complete detailed client onboarding by gathering case facts (accident, injury, medical details). * Input and maintain accurate client information in case management software. * Assess potential cases based on firm criteria and escalate qualified cases to attorneys. * Provide compassionate and professional communication while handling sensitive matters. * Follow up with leads to ensure timely completion of intake processes. * Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to schedule consultations. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of U.S. legal intake or accident / personal injury experience. * Previous experience in intake, call handling, or customer service in the legal or medical field. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. * Ability to remain calm and empathetic when speaking with injured or distressed clients. * Proficiency with office software and case management systems (training provided if needed).
