Requirements and responsibilities

🚀 Job description: Manages web-based processes and automates client file transfers and notifications. Responds to system users, clients, and vendor requests for file transmissions, troubleshoots issues, and monitor EFT and VMware Transervers. 🚀 Requirements: ◽ Flexible with shift coverage for a 24×7 support environment. ◽ High school graduate, some college preferred. ◽ Experience in data file transfers or related IT fields. 🚀 Responsibilities: ◽ Creates, updates, and reviews web-based processes on EFT “Event Rules.” ◽ Reviews completed schedules for conflicts and ensures availability of memory and computer resources. ◽ Answers, evaluates and prioritizes incoming requests for manual and automated file transmissions. ◽ Identifies the priority status of cases based on customer feedback and the nature of the problem. ◽ Troubleshoots networking, email, software, and various operating system platforms. ◽ Monitors EFT and VMware Transervers to ensure they are working correctly. ◽ Monitors manual file transmissions of client data, including researching bends and coordinating reruns when necessary. ◽ Handles duties of Data Control/Entry Supervisor when they are out of the office. ◽ Updates or creates formats on Entry Point as needed for manual documents.
