Requirements and responsibilities


🎯 About your role: - Full-stack design and development of core components and modules of the healthcare platform. - Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team. - Review pull requests (PRs) from other team members and provide guidance. - Assign tasks to junior team members and ensure they adhere to determined software quality standards. - Help improve and innovate the dev ops environments and CI/CD processes. - Understand, monitor, and guide the evolution of cloud resources and deployments in AWS. - Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and optimizations into business processes through automation and technology. - Lead a team of up to 50 devs. 🎯 Requirements and Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. - 6+ years of experience as a professional software developer with increasing team responsibility, preferably with Team Lead or Project Lead experience. - 6+ years experience with SQL (preferably Postgres). - 3+ years experience with Node.JS, React (+hooks and redux). - 3+ years of experience with Node.JS, micro-service-oriented development. - Extensive experience in full lifecycle development of products, including mobile apps. - Enterprise software architecture experience using common industry patterns, such as CQRS, Event-Driven Design, Domain-Driven Design, and/or Micro-services, along with associated technologies. - Proven ownership and responsibility for production mission critical infrastructure in a cloud computing environment. - Experience with AWS resources such as (S3, RDS, etc.) and some experience with laaS such as terraform or cloud formation (AWS certificates are a plus). - Comfortable with Linux concepts and shell. - Experience with modern development environments with containers (docker) and CI processes, deploying to Kubernetes or ECS. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
