â—˝ Demonstrated expertise as a Scrum Master, showcasing an in-depth understanding of Scrum principles, ceremonies, and practices to effectively lead and guide the team toward successful product delivery.
â—˝ Proficient in integrating Extreme Programming practices, such as pair programming and continuous integration, with Scrum methodologies to further improve the team's collaboration and product delivery.
â—˝ Proficiency in applying Kanban principles and practices to enhance workflow visualization, limit work in progress, and optimize the team's efficiency in addition to Scrum methodologies.
🟢 Responsibilities:
â—˝ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
â—˝ Lead team applying scrum methodology to achieve product goals.
â—˝ Work with the team proactively to remove impediments to accomplish sprint goals.
â—˝ Metrics driven tracking.
â—˝ Report status and results to leadership.
â—˝ Ownership and drive of project delivery.
â—˝ Generate/supervise release plans for project goals.
â—˝ Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
