The Program Coordinator, CNIB Mobile Hub will be responsible for securing Mobile Hub locations, confirming staff schedules, understanding of Smart Life products as well as stocking and procuring Smart Life products, set up and tear down of Mobile Hub space, training and supporting of volunteers, performing activities to support program leads, engaging with community partners, and booking of travel. Responsibilities: - Responsible for inviting participants to the Mobile Hub and explain the intent of the Mobile Hub. - Review, create, and revise safe processes for the set up and tear down of the Mobile Hub pop up materials, on site. - Working with the SmartLife team, identifies and prepares an inventory of supplies of Smart Life products, for purpose of purchase. - Contributes to support participants on site including CNIB staff, volunteers, and other partners while maintaining relationship with internal and external stakeholders, community groups and agencies. - Supports and actively provides orientation and training to volunteers, and community partners working within the program.
